Based on the venerable FN Special Police Rifle (SPR) A1, the FN SPR A5M XP delivers stunning precision for the tactical marksman or long-range competitor. Featuring a forged steel receiver and integral recoil lug for rigid stability and enhanced accuracy, the SPR A5M XP has a distinctly accurate barrel that is cold hammer-forged and chrome-lined for durability. It is chambered in 308 Winchester with a short magnum action length and has a Tactical Box Magazine (DBM). The free-floating barrel is heavily fluted and threaded with a recessed target crown and a thread protector. The one-piece steel MIL-STD 1913 optical rail has an additional 20 MOA of elevation built in. The matte black McMillan A3 fiberglass tactical stock is fully adjustable for comb height and length of pull and offers multiple steel sling studs. FN SPR are based on the legendary Pre-'64 Model 70-style action with an external claw extractor for Controlled Round Feed (CRF), blade ejection, two-lever trigger and a three-position safety.
